Body Positions and Sleep
Did you know that when you sleep you place your hands on the parts of the body that require attention / healing?
- Above your head: you seek greater spiritual connection
- On your chest: you have feelings that you still need to heal
- Stomach: anger & furious feelings
- Between the legs: fear, feelings of emptiness
- Sex organs or near them: sexual problems / sexual expression issues
- On side of hips: lack of expression
- Navel: Anxiety, feeling unsafe
- Under your pillow: hidden emotions, not showing what you really feel or your true intentions
- Hugging yourself: lack of affection or support from your loved ones. 10. Shoulders: exhaustion, lack of energy
- Shoulders: exhaustion, lack of energy
- Armpits: vulnerable
- Knee pits / knees raised / hugging knees: Seeking spiritual protection
- Holding own hands/ crossing ankles: seeking physical protection
- The hands between the head and the pillow: there is tranquility within you
- If you don't place your hands on your body while sleeping it means you are fine and in peace with yourself
- If you hug your partner, it means nothing but the love you have for them
- In fetal position: Craving affection
- On your stomach 1 leg bent: Survival insecurities
- On your stomach legs straight: Lacking maternal connection
- Straight up mummy style: Lacking paternal connection
- And when you wake up, you are off the side of bed, crash landing positions: you were called back in a hurry from your astral travels
