Do all souls have missions in human lives?

Most souls do not have missions in human lives, only lessons and gaining human experience.Missions are typical for Starseed Volunteers, who come to Earth to help humanity, or old Earthling souls - who are Incarnated Guides or Healers. Typically this is 'raising vibration' and bringing higher dimensional energies into 3D Earth. Starseeds can be working on energy grids of Earth, clearing pollution, telepathically affecting politicians or military leaders, channelling higher dimensional beings and Councils, creating visionary art, bringing ET technologies or medical advances, and many other possibilities. For "old souls" reincarnating only on Earth - they are typically "Incarnated Guides", who have a lot of students, and help them to learn their lessons and fulfill their soul contracts. They can also be healers, counsellors, artists, political activists, scientists, historians (Keepers of the Records between lives), and many other "specialties" based on their experiences in living on Earth in numerous lives and also on their soul's occupations between lives in 5D Afterlife. They often create communities of like-minded people or spread ideas via social media, film, theatre, books, etc. Protecting Nature and animals can be a mission for any type of soul, and we often see past lives as "guardians of nature" (mermaids, fairies, elves, etc). They are environmental activists or scientists - they chose to incarnate as humans to save nature. Usually those old/advanced souls have missions that would greatly change or impact the world.
