How do we meet our loved ones if everyone reincarnates back to 3D physical?

The average 3D earth time for each returning soul to their appropriate place in the 5D realm is 30+ earth years, which includes cleansing, purification, life review, healing and studying before he/she is ready to consider reincarnation; then he/she is met with the spirit guide to plan the next life. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that the soul will return as a new born in the survivor's living years. And if the newly departed soul is not of sparce and very low frequency, this soul can stay in 5D healing and a part of the soul can still visit love ones on earth.
