What are the rules or protocols regarding manifestation?

• Manifestation cannot contradict the Soul Contracts or Life Purpose
• Manifestation cannot contradict Karmic Balance
• Manifestation cannot go against others' FREE WILL
• Manifestation cannot be at the expense of others
• Manifestation cannot be for someone else
• Conscious manifestation has to be aligned with subconscious desires
• Manifestation cannot override subconscious fears and limiting beliefs
• Your Guides or Higher Self can help or turn down your manifestations
