The mind's main role is to carry out all the autonomic biological body functions such as digestion, absorption, assimilation, elimination, regulate body temperature, reproductive needs, and the related processes

The mind will only reach the point of "knowing" when information is revealed then the mind will treat information as personal knowledge

The mind exists so you can properly focus on your own self, one thing at a time, and give you a structured tool to live in the difficult realm of matter

Mind chatters cannot be turned off, can only be replaced by intentionally repetitive noise; such as music or chants or listening to someone else speaking
