Upon Death, Who Comes To Get You, Collect You, Or Escort You?

Many perceptions and many observations, all sides of the same coin, but due to 3D (3 Dimensional and 3rd density operators), which is mighty linear, one can only see one side at a time; thus depending on your religion or faith or belief, there are many monikers, names, handles, denominations, titles or aliases for this energy known as Lord of the Dead or Angel of Death. Mother or close relative in that life, Special Someone, Satan, Yamantanka, or Clear Light.

Yamantanka

Yamantanka in the eastern religion is depicted as bull head with large horns and a fearsome face with horrific fire as his aura. "I volunteer to help them when they need help. I show up in a non denominational way, as a frequency or vibration, and depending upon their background, belief system, they'll assign some kind of moniker or reason for me to be there. But again, I'm just a frequency showing up to do a favour. I help people to get home. I have never incarnated as human on earth, so I carry absence of biases; if their home is the 18th level of "hell", that is where I will take them."

But why are you so fearsome?

It is so that humans shall not take death likely, as each time things do not go their way, they opt out of the spiritual contract.

How Yamantaka Got a Water Buffalo Head

In the Buddhist version of the legend... There was a holy man who was told that if he meditated for the next fifty years, he would achieve enlightenment. This holy man meditated in a cave for forty-nine years, eleven months, and twenty-nine days--so he was one day short of the fifty years--and he was interrupted by two thieves who broke into his cave with a stolen water buffalo. First they beheaded the water buffalo in front of the hermit, and the hermit pleaded with them, "Please wait a few minutes more till I finish my fifty years of meditation." But they beheaded him as well, before he could finish. After having his head cut off, this guy became so angry that he took the head of the buffalo that was cut off and put it on his own head and became Yama, the Lord of Death. He then killed the two thieves and drank their blood from cups made from their skulls (so the skull-cup image).

And he was still so angry and upset, he decided to kill everybody in Tibet (this is the Tibetan story). So the people of Tibet were afraid for their lives, and they prayed to Manjushri to listen to them. And Manjushri transformed himself into Yamantaka, looking very similar to Yama but ten times more powerful and horrible, and Manjushri as Yamantaka then defeated Yama and made him into a protector for Buddhism.
